NP Dodge Celebrates the Opening of Their New Satellite Office in Midtown with Ribbon Cutting August 06th, 2009 by NP Dodge Marketing Team NP Dodge Real Estate celebrated the opening of their new Midtown ?satellite? sales office today, Thursday, August 6th, with a ribbon cutting. The new office is located at 4502 Leavenworth Street. Ribbon cutting festivities began at 10:00 a.m. with comments from Mayor Jim Suttle; Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales; and N.P. NP Dodge Real Estate and Dodge Cares, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame to Induct Sandy Dodge April 17th, 2009 by NP Dodge Marketing Team

Commercial real estate hall of fame will induct six Friday

Six men will be inducted into the Commercial Real Estate Workshop's Hall of Fame at a luncheon Friday during the 20th annual event.

The workshop starts at 8:10 a.m. at the Qwest Center Omaha, 455 N. 10th St.

Preregistration for the daylong workshop showed that about 360 people were scheduled to attend, an organizer said. Last year, the event drew 435 people with an additional 100 attending the luncheon.

CREW is an annual daylong gathering of real estate professionals, planners, attorneys, government officials and others in commercial real estate.

These funds were raised in 2008 from the agents of NP Dodge Real Estate.

The largest amount, $17,258, was presented to Mission Omaha Foundation Inc., which is partnering with Group Workcamps Foundation to bring more than 400 adults and teenage volunteers from across the country to the Omaha area June 28 to July 4 to provide home repairs to those in need.
